Culture booklets for Macon and Bibb County?

The Office of Capital Spiritual Civilization Construction Commission in Beijing has handed out booklets to residents of the Chinese capital advising them on how to handle themselves during the Olympics.  Samples:

No public spitting.
Wear no more than three colors.
Do not wear white socks with black shoes.
Do not wear pajamas and slippers to visit neighbors.

Good news for Macon Mall

We’ve read that the Macon Mall is facing foreclosure.  Well, there’s good news for the mall at last.
The Onion is reporting that a new retailer, Linens’ N Shit, will open a new location today at the Macon Mall.
