A Recognition

WMCC News is a byproduct of the Macon Civic Club show produced each year at the Grand Opera House. Held for over 40 years, the Macon Civic Club has raised over $2 million for local charities. In the early 1960’s, Macon Civic Club members played the pivotal role in saving the Grand Opera House from demolition. The Macon Civic Club does not maintain or contribute to this weblog and is not responsible for its content.
