Bibb County Commission chairman Charlie Bishop threatened yesterday afternoon to jump from the roof of the Bibb County courthouse unless his power to vote as an ex-officio member of every commission committee was restored.
The commission refused to do so and Bishop jumped at 5:05 PM.
