Courthouse SPLOST

(Bibb County Commission Chairman Charlie) Bishop, along with the rest of the commission, hopes the refund will encourage taxpayers to approve a new SPLOST, which the county needs to build a new courthouse. Estimates for that courthouse have topped $75 million.
