New water restrictions imposed

The Telegraph’s Heather Duncan reports that Georgia’s Environmental Protection Division has declared a level 2 drought statewide. In addition to further restrictions on outdoor watering, Duncan reports that the EPD is considering limitations on a different form of watering - urination.

Blast in Byron caused by a Hezbollah rocket!
